The U Černé věže Residence has 37 fully equipped apartments with a capacity of 90 beds. The area of apartments ranges from 33 to 160 square meters. You can choose from the following types:

Apartments are equipped with LCD televisions with satellite channels and radio, a fixed internet connection, high-quality Wi-Fi coverage, and are furnished with pleasant seating on a designer sofa or comfortable armchairs, as well as dining table and a desk.  You can enjoy relaxing in the luxurious and spacious bathroom made of natural stone and equipped with a hair dryer and a washing machine.  A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, with a refrigerator freezer, a microwave oven, kettle and a ceramic cooking range. You will find all the utensils needed for more complex cooking tasks here, or you can choose to take advantage of the gastronomical services of the NAŠE FARMA Restaurant. 

You can take for granted plenty of clothing storage space, sheets and towels, cosmetics, hotel slippers or a basket with coffee and tea to savor your stay with us even more. All accommodation areas of the Černé věže Residence incl. corridors are strictly non-smoking.

• CLEANING: every second day
• EXTRA BED: 250 CZK(11EUR) per night 
• PETS FEE: 150 CZK per night (In exceptional cases stipulated by the hotel’s internal guidelines, the receptionist may request a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 / € 200.)
• PARKING: near the hotel in a parking house, price CZK 150 per night (for car)
• PAYMENT: in cash CZK / EUR / card (VISA, MC, EC, American Express)
