Four-bed apartments with a duplex and a terrace offer a very luxurious accommodation option for a family or a group of friends. Some of them are equipped with air conditioning. The spacious terraces are suitable for a quiet and pleasant siesta overlooking the city centre itself.

The interiors of these apartments retain the original beams. The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa with a coffee table adjoining the kitchen area, which includes a dining table and complete equipment (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), including crockery and ample working space. The beds in the separate bedrooms can be arranged as double or single beds. Of course, these apartments have plenty of storage space for clothes, a shoe rack with a coat rack and slippers, a washing machine and a work desk. The spacious marble bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower, cosmetics and a hairdryer. A baby cot is available for rent.
