These atypical duplex apartments are usually located on the top third floor of buildings and are equipped with air conditioning. Even after renovation, these apartments have retained many of their original features, such as the wooden beams, which combine with the modern design to create a cosy space. Roof and vertical windows provide abundant light throughout the apartment space and offer beautiful views of the rooftops of the surrounding historic buildings and the Black Tower itself.

The apartment is laid out as an open concept living room, dining room and kitchenette. The living room features a comfortable designer sofa, a nice carpet, a practical coffee table and an LCD satellite TV.the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), utensils and ample working space.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed or two single beds. The marble bathroom is equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, cosmetics and hairdryer. Each apartment has its own washing machine and slippers.A baby cot is available for rent.
