The Residence offers 3 duplex four-bed apartments. Spacious duplex apartments with two bedrooms, stylishly furnished with elegant furniture are located on the third floor. The impressive character of the interior is enhanced by the wooden beams under the high ceilings. On the lower floor there is a living room with a kitchen, equipped with a modern leather sofa with armchair and coffee table. There is also a simple dining and working table. Amenities include an LCD satellite TV. The living area is freely connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), including crockery and ample working space. There is also plenty of storage space for clothes or a coat rack with a shoe rack and slippers. The modern bathroom is finished in natural marble and equipped with a bath or shower with glass screen, cosmetics and hairdryer. Baby cot available for rent.
