These double duplex apartments with air conditioning and terrace offer time spent in absolute luxury for a couple or two people. All of these apartments have been individually designed by a residential architect and are very modern. You will be surprised by what an oasis of calm you can find right in the center of Czech Budejovice. 

Thanks to sensitive reconstruction we succeeded in creating modern apartments with original wooden beams, infusing the interior with coziness and forming an unrepeatable unity. 

The layout of the apartment offers an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen.

The living area is dominated by a leather sofa with an armchair and a coffee table; also here is a large dining table, a desk and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator freezer, ceramic cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and all the utensils needed even for more complicated cooking.  There is also ample storage space for clothes and a coat hanger with a shoe cabinet. Technical equipment i ncludes an LCD satellite TV and a Wi-Fi internet connection. 

The bedroom is dominated by the bed, which can be changed from a double bed into two separate beds. Of course there are bedside tables and separate lighting for each bed.

The marble bathroom is equipped with a shower stall or bathtub, a toilet, a towel heater, cosmetics and a hair dryer.  Each apartment has its own washing machine.
