These atypical duplex apartments with air conditioning are as a rule on the highest, third floor of the building.  Even after their renovation, they have retained many original features such as wooden beams, which in combination with modern design creates a unique whole. 

The combination of roof windows and vertical windows richly illuminates the entire space of the apartment and offers beautiful views of the roofs of the surrounding historic buildings as well as of the Black Tower itself.

The layout of the apartment offers an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. 

The living room features a designer sofa complemented by a carpet and a coffee table. The equipment traditionally includes an LCD television with satellite channels and a radio, and wired or Wi-Fi internet access. 

The kitchen is equipped ready to go, including cutlery and crockery.  There is a ceramic cooking range, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and an electric kettle. Other amenities include a wardrobe and a sufficiently large work area with its own lighting.

The non-traditional bedroom can be arranged as a double bed or two separate beds. Bedside tables and separate lighting by each bed are a matter of course.

The marble bathroom is equipped with a shower stall or bathtub, a toilet, a towel heater, cosmetics and a hair dryer. Each apartment has its own washing machine.
